My Refund Policy & Guarantee

Dear customer!

Kindly ensure before contacting support to check your Email Inbox, and also ALL other folders including Spam/Junk, in case you don’t see my Product Delivery Email in your Inbox.

TIP: To avoid missing important product updates and free bonuses, ensure all AngelNumberFrequencies.com emails arrive into your Inbox by dragging any email you see in other folders back into your Inbox and marking it as “NOT SPAM”.

General Notice & Advice

This is a Digital Product Delivery service.
There is NO physical product shipped to you.

Per every product you buy from me, you’ll receive an email with a link to the product’s download page. (Carefully check your Inbox, as some emails might get lumped into a ‘thread’, and then it’s easy to miss seeing it).

Please bookmark the download pages in your browser, in case you need to re-download your purchase/s in the future.

Please ensure to save all your downloads to a few devices, external storage devices, and or online storage like Drive, Dropbox, BackBlaze etc., for safekeeping.

The healing sound frequencies are in MP3 file format and are compatible with all device types. Please use speakers (best with a subwoofer) for best results when listening to the Angel Number Frequencies.

Digital Goods Refunds for “Product Not Received”:

We honor all requests for refunds IF you followed the guidance here below to no avail, and after contacting our support for assistance, you still cannot access or obtain your purchase/s for the following reason/s:

Non-delivery of the product:

Due to an issue with the mail, you do not receive a delivery email from us.

Please first check ALL your email folders including the SPAM/Junk folder and ensure to whitelist our domain AngelNumberFrequencies.com and drag into your Inbox any of our emails found in other folders instead. That’ll teach them a lesson!

Oftentimes, people have very crowded and busy Email Inboxes and simply forget, miss, or overlook the Email with the Delivery of the Product.
So please do check carefully before contacting our support!

If the email was mistakenly deleted on your end, my support will gladly resend you the email.

If you still fail to receive my Delivery Email, (which is an extremely rare incident but might occur), we can resend it to another Email address you have/create.

If nothing helps, we may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service describing the missing item.

Download issues:

You have problems that prevent you from downloading the product.

My products can be downloaded with all major browsers and at a minimal Internet network connectivity speed of 5Mbps.

Please try downloading the product from another device or browser, or without using a VPN.

How to Request a Refund:

Please submit a support ticket with your order number.

There are NO refunds after 180 days have passed from your purchase.

Upon receipt of your refund request, we will process it.
Please allow a period of 3-5 working days (not public holidays or weekends) for the refund process to be completed from our end.
